Time spent working to deliver qualifications has embedded best practice in my approaches, but experience as a research-practitioner has helped me to keep up to date with new ideas and approaches.

Underpinning all of this is a deep understanding of Emotional Intelligence and access to the latest research and assessment tools through a close connection with the Emotional Intelligence Academy.

My Journey

With over three decades of experience, working for a variety of organisations, I have been dedicated to providing top-notch consulting and facilitation to clients throughout the UK and beyond.

From strategic planning to cutting-edge solutions, whether working with teams or individuals, my focus is on fostering efficient and results-oriented collaborations. I have spent my career working with and for a range of businesses in private and public sectors, and also working as an independent consultant.

With Post-grad qualifications in Strategic Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and a MSc in Emotions, Credibility and Deception I can bring a set of assessment tools to your team and individual development and provide one to one support.

Experience designing and delivering bespoke and accredited programmes for ILM, CMI and CIPD for Leaders, Coaches and Learning and Development specialists from Team Leaders to Senior Leaders and time spent coaching Senior Leaders give me an insight into some of the challenges facing individuals throughout businesses.
